Xinnor, a developer and provider of innovative storage technologies, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership and collaboration with Core Micro Systems Inc., a Japanese total provider of server solutions, focusing on advanced storage-related technologies, and The Lustre Collective, an organization focused on the Lustre open source ecosystem, to develop and deploy next-generation AI HPC storage solutions.
The goal of these agreements is to strengthen the foundational technology to support the rapidly growing demand for AI-intensive workloads. Xinnor’s technology will be positioned as a core technology in the “Disaggregated Scale-out AI HPC Pipeline Storage Solution” that CMS and Xinnor will announce at SCA/HPCAsia 2026. This will enable this solution to be deployed in a wide range of AI and HPC use cases, including genome analysis, simulation, and large-scale model training and inferencing, providing powerful support for customers’ innovation.
Xinnor and CMS will provide more details about the solution at the “Disaggregated Scale-out AI HPC Pipeline Storage Solution” presentation at SCA/HPCAsia on January 27.
The partnership includes support for The Lustre Collective’s activities, which is shaping the bright future of the Lustre file system, and will promote technical contributions and marketing collaboration to develop the open source ecosystem. Through this strategic collaboration between the three companies, the partners aim to promote the open technical evolution of the Lustre file system and to boost the adoption of effective and highly performing storage solutions to the HPC and AI markets.
