Xinnor is an Israeli-based software development company that specializes in creating innovative data storage solutions. Our flagship product, xiRAID, is a high-performance software RAID engine designed from the ground up for multiple storage devices. It drives up to 97% of raw device performance in different RAID configurations while minimizing CPU and memory overhead.

Xinnor partners with companies like Western Digital, ATTO Technology, KIOXIA, Micron and others to provide cost-effective and high-performance RAID solutions for data-intensive workloads. Xinnor is currently focused on finding new partners and end customers as well as enhancing its product offerings and accelerating innovation in data storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Navigator to find and connect with potential leads.
  • Conduct email outreach to initiate conversations with prospects and generate interest in Xinnor's solutions.
  • Regularly test and evaluate different tools and ideas for lead generation, developing and testing new hypotheses to improve effectiveness.
  • Be open to engage in cold calling when required to support lead generation efforts.
  • Learn and understand Xinnor's solutions to effectively explain their value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.

Your primary goal in this position is to identify and connect with potential new customers and arrange meetings for our sales managers.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of the IT eco-system and a willingness to learn about data storage industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales (more than 1 year).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator or other tools for prospecting is a plus, but not mandatory.
