xiRAID works with all storage devices and excels when deployed alongside NVMe® or NVMe-oF™ devices. It is the only solution on the market to drive up to 95% of raw device performance in computationally heavy RAID6/RAID N+M configurations with a low load on the host CPU and memory footprint.

Main tasks:

• Continuous improvement of the Xinnor product build and deployment process;
• Organizing the automated process of building software products and patch packages;
• Refinement of build and automation tools;
• Build and initial acceptance of the product (additional module, patch);
• Interaction with the development and testing teams and product owner on the build and delivery of new product versions.

The following skills will help you be successful on the job:

• Linux system administration knowledge and experience with Redhat- and Debian-based OSes;
• Experience with CI automation tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc…);
• Experience in building RPM and DEB packages;
• Understanding of the work and basic principles of makefile for building company software products;
• Experience in writing scripts in Bash/Python;
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with data storage systems;
• Understanding of RAID principles;
• Experience with one of ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V, Proxmox hypervisors;
• Experience with server hardware.

• CI tools: Docker, GitLab CI, and Jenkins;
• Scripting: Python, Bash, and Makefile;
• Package registry: Nexus Repository;
• Monitoring: Prometheus + Grafana.
